从2024年9月3日起

对岱山县各航线车客渡航班

每航次装载新能源汽车的数量

进行限制，具体如下：

Recently, Zhejiang Province Daishan Transportation Passenger Transport Service Co., Ltd. released the latest new energy vehicle transition instructions: starting from September 3, 2024, the number of new energy vehicles loaded on each voyage of passenger and passenger flights on various routes in Daishan County will be limited, as follows:

1、燕窝山—衢山航线，每航次限装载新能源汽车8辆。(网上3辆，现场5辆)

2、燕窝山—衢山—沈家湾航线，每航次限装载新能源汽车8辆。(燕窝山网上1辆，现场1辆；衢山网上2辆，现场4辆)

3、秀山—三江航线，每航次限装载新能源汽车6辆。(网上4辆，现场2辆)

4、竹屿—长涂航线，每航次限装载新能源汽车6辆。(网上2辆，现场4辆)

5、竹屿—长涂—港南航线，每航次限装载新能源汽车6辆。(竹屿至长涂网上2辆，至长涂现场2辆，至港南现场2辆；长涂至竹屿网上1辆，现场3辆，至港南现场4辆；港南至长涂现场4辆，至竹屿现场2辆)

上述网上与现场的新能源汽车过渡票额分配，可能会根据实际情况随时进行调整。

根据舟山海事局制定的《舟山辖区客滚船载运锂电池电动汽车风险防范指南》要求，电动汽车应集中装载船头或船尾处（最后装载上船），并划定特定停放区域，与普通车辆之间预留60cm消防应急通道。因此，为保障航行安全，按照不同客滚船尺寸，目前每航次7座以下新能源车辆最大的装载量一般在4-8辆之间。

According to the requirements of the "Guidelines for Risk Prevention of Electric Vehicles Carrying Lithium Battery by Passenger and R-ro Ships in the Zhoushan Area" formulated by the Zhoushan Maritime Safety Administration, electric vehicles should be loaded centrally at the bow or stern (and finally loaded on board), and specific parking areas should be designated, and a 60-cm fire emergency passage should be reserved between ordinary vehicles. Therefore, in order to ensure navigation safety, according to different size of ro-ro passenger ships, the current maximum loading capacity of new energy vehicles with less than 7 seats per voyage is generally between 4 and 8 vehicles.

相关资讯显示，由于新能源电动汽车主要靠电能提供动能，所以在车辆高温暴晒或充电不当等情况下，容易引发自燃导致火灾。一旦失控，将会严重破坏船舶，并威胁到船上人员的生命安全。
